Facet City Sandwich on northerly aspects of Jupiter bowl in PCMR. Compression Test failed at CT10 on lower facet layer NE aspect w 30cm base.
Jupiter Bowl snow pack (top to bottom) NE at 9900 ft 5cm wind slab on top of 5cm new snow starting to facet on 5cm decomposing crust on top of 10 cm of bigger facets and then a smaller 5cm wet crust layer on the ground.

Toured up guardsmen/bonanza up western side the into Jupiter Bowl. Limited snow everywhere, none below 8800 ft, All of BCC looked similar. It was hard to find a skiable line.
Only northern aspects held measurable snow, clearly benefiting from wind transported On those aspects, we saw multiple weak layers from top to bottom. wind slab on top to facets to crusts. This is a definite red flag that will become major suspects for a heavy snowloads above.
CT test failed at 10 w clear propagation potential.
